How many people is a group to be eligible for the group discount?
Send 3 delegates at the regular investment rate and the 4th delegate attends for free!

What is the deadline to register for the event?
All registrations are on a first come first served basis

May I register for the trade show only?
This conference is being held in conjunction with the Screen media Expo Europe. The registration fee to this event includes your entry to the trade show.

What is the attire for the conference?
Business casual

Where is the parking at the event?
Situated in the heart of West London, the Conference Centre is easily accessible by tube, bus, train, or car with parking options available

What is included in the Conference Fee?
This investment includes continental breakfast, lunches, reception, refreshment, breaks, and original course materials. It also includes your entry to the trade show held by Screen media Expo Europe.

Can I pay at the event?
All payments are due before the event to ensure a quick registration process for everyone. Our preferred method of payment is Visa, Master Card or American Express.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received in writing by Monday, 19th April 2010. You will be eligible for a refund less £75 + VAT administration fee. There will be no refund on cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the conference. Delegate substitution is permitted up to, and including, the day of the conference.

Do you have a block of hotel rooms available?
No, this is a conference centre. We do not have a room block available.

Are the materials/binder available for purchase?
Speaker presentations are available to download at the conclusion of the event

Are the materials available on CD?
All our materials are available for download from our FTP server.

Are there a pod casts, pictures, DVD or Video of the conference?
We do not have pictures, DVDs, Videos pod casts or web casts of our conferences, as part of the conference experience is the networking available by attending the event.
